The Story Behind Our Business

Growing up my Oma (which is Dutch for grandma) used to cut up cheese every Sunday after church with her Dutch cheese knives. It has always made me feel at home and I think about it often to this day. I started making boards as a hobby that quickly turned into a small business. Recently, in the last year my cousin convinced me to chase my dreams and do exactly what Oma did for us as kids. And who doesn’t love Dutch cheese?  It’s about family, and my goal is to bring my family to you. Each time I make you a board you feel like you’re at home. Family became the driving force that created Get. Cheese’d.

Charcuterie is a culinary art of preparing meats, it is designed to gather everything you want to eat on one plate together that is aesthetically pleasing.

Hi, I'm Nicole!

My name is Nicole Christianson, I am the face and owner behind Get. Cheese’d Charcuterie.

If you didn’t know already, I work between two hospitals as a Respiratory Care Practitioner during the night, while running my business during the day. I also just recently finished my bachelors degree in Respiratory Care and I bought a home all by myself. You could say this girlboss likes the hustle.

Family is the number one reason I am where I am today!

  • I LOVE SUSHI, I could eat it for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

  • Iced coffee in the AM & and a Lemon Drop in the PM.

  • I believe cheese is my love language.

  • Is it okay to have a Saint Bernard farm? Yes, okay I’ll take 12 please.

  • I went to Europe for a month. 6 countries, 2 bags, no phone!

  • Montana & Glacier National Park in every season is an obsession. I want to elope to Montana one day.
