Hi, I'm Nicole!

Growing up my Oma (which is Dutch for grandma) used to cut up cheese every Sunday after church with her Dutch cheese knives. It has always made me feel at home and I think about it often to this day. I started making boards as a hobby that quickly turned into a small business. Recently, in the last year my cousin convinced me to chase my dreams and do exactly what Oma did for us as kids. And who doesn’t love Dutch cheese?  It’s about family, and my goal is to bring my family to you.
